This website is operated by Edunifly LLP, trading as Edunifly International. Using this site means you accept these terms.

Tuition fees, living costs, wages, intake dates and post-study work rules are indicative and reviewed periodically. Universities and governments change them without notice. The official offer letter and the relevant immigration authority are always the final word.

We provide counselling, application support, documentation assistance, test preparation, introductions to lending partners and pre-departure services. Admission and visa decisions are made solely by universities and immigration authorities.

No visa, admission, scholarship, loan or employment outcome is guaranteed. Any claim to the contrary, from any source, is not authorised by Edunifly LLP.

Payments are accepted only into the Edunifly LLP digital current account. We do not accept cash. Every fee, what it covers, when it can be cancelled and how a refund is calculated and paid is set out, fee by fee, in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your individual service agreement repeats the same terms; where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.

Edunifly is not a lender and is not a financial institution. Loan approval, sanctioned amount, interest rate, eligibility, collateral requirement, processing fee and all other terms are decided solely by the relevant RBI-regulated bank or NBFC. Loan approval is not guaranteed. Lender names are shown to indicate the partners we can introduce you to.

University counts and country coverage include institutions we work with directly as well as through authorised recruitment partners and aggregator platforms. Accreditation and recognition claims (including WHO/NMC listings and EASA/FAA approvals) are verified institution by institution before any application is filed, and evidence is shared with you on request.

You must provide accurate and genuine documents. Falsified documents lead to immediate termination of service, with no refund, and are reported where the law requires.

All content, branding and material on this site belong to Edunifly LLP unless credited otherwise. University names and marks belong to their respective institutions.
