Refund & Cancellation Policy
What each fee covers, when it is refundable, and how long a refund takes. Read this before you pay anything.
Scope
This policy applies to all services provided by Edunifly LLP, trading as Edunifly International, whether booked online, over the phone or in person. It is published in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and forms part of our Terms of Use. Where your individual service agreement is more favourable to you, that agreement prevails.
Fee-by-fee refund position

| University application fees | Paid to the university, not to Edunifly | Non-refundable once submitted — this is the university's own charge and its policy applies. If we have collected but not yet remitted the fee, it is refunded in full. |

If you cancel
Write to contact@edunifly.com with your name and tracking ID. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written request. Any Edunifly service fee is refunded against the stages not yet completed; work already delivered (documentation, drafted SOPs, filed applications) is retained from the fee.
If a university rejects your application
We file a replacement application with an alternative institution of comparable standing at no additional Edunifly service fee. If you prefer not to continue, the unused portion of the Edunifly service fee is refunded. University application fees already paid to the institution are not refundable by us.
If your visa is refused
We carry out a refusal review and re-file, where the case allows, at no additional Edunifly service fee. If you choose to stop, the unused portion of our service fee is refunded. Government visa fees, biometrics and consulate charges are non-refundable, and tuition deposits are refunded only under the university's own refund rules — we assist you in claiming them.
How to request a refund
Email contact@edunifly.com (copy grievance@edunifly.com) with your full name, tracking ID, the service concerned, the reason and your bank details. We acknowledge within 48 hours, confirm the eligible amount within 7 working days, and credit approved refunds within 14 working days to the original payment source.
All payments are received only into the Edunifly LLP digital current account. We never accept cash, and refunds are never paid in cash.
