Nine to twelve months before intake

Confirm your course direction, shortlist destinations and note each university deadline. Arrange your passport and request academic transcripts early, especially when your institution has a long processing time.

  • Create one deadline calendar.
  • Check whether an English-language or admissions test is required.
  • Ask suitable referees before application season becomes busy.

Prepare evidence consistently

Names, dates and academic history should match across every document. Keep clear scans of originals and certified translations where required. Universities may request different formats, so follow each official checklist rather than uploading the same bundle everywhere.

Write an honest statement

A strong statement explains why the subject fits your background and future direction. Use specific academic or professional evidence. Do not copy templates or make claims you cannot support.

After submission

Monitor the application portal and your email, answer requests promptly, and compare offer conditions carefully. An offer may remain conditional until final marks, English results, deposits or other evidence are accepted.
